Julian Waters

Template:FOF-1 Template:Human Character Infobox Lieutenant Commander Julian Waters was a UNSC officer and crew member of the UNSC prowler Dusk in the 2550's. Despite his posting, he constantly wanted to get in on the action against the Covenant, as his wife and children were killed by the Covenant on planet Harvest in The Battle of Harvest. After the Dusk 's captain, Captain Iglesias, was injured, Waters became acting first officer beneath Commander Richard Lash. He was alongside Lash aboard the Dusk as it fought in The First Battle of Earth, travelled to Installation 05, and later, Onyx. He escaped aboard that vessel to Earth after The Battle of Onyx.
