Biography
Chapman was sharing command of Charlie Company with 1stLt Buckman during the First Battle of Reach. He is mentioned when Admiral Danforth Whitcomb tells Spartan-104 to put "Lieutenant Jake Chapman" on the line with him [2]. He was probably killed, along with Lieutenant Buckman, as a result of friendly fire due to bombing errors.
