Hawk Squad was a UNSC Marine Corps squad that was stationed on Requiem.

Background

In 2558 Hawk Squad, was captured by the Covenant remnant, who were searching for Reclaimers to activate a Forerunner map. When the marines failed to activate the map, the Covenant murdered them in frustration. Roland was able to detect their IFF tags and had Fireteam Crimson search for them. When Jared Miller attempted to contact them there was no response. When Crimson arrived at their location they found only Hawk's IFF tags. Miller was able to access the recordings from one of them, allowing them to find out what happened. [1]
