Template:Ratings "Halo Blue" is the name currently referring to a Halo-themed USB Flash Drive, previously thought to actually be a new Halo game from Bungie.

Overview

"Halo Blue" was first discovered when an entry for the product on the Wal-Mart database appeared in a picture taken from Wal-Mart's intranet. According to this entry the product is set to be released 30th September 2008.[1]

Despite a considerable level of expectancy from Halo fans for more information on "Halo Blue" to be released during Microsoft's press conference at E3 2008 there was no information announced on any new Halo projects.

It was thought that "Halo Blue" was the codename or working title for a Halo project of a different name as it had been confirmed that it was not the codename for Halo: Chronicles which is a completely separate Halo project altogether. It was also thought that there was a strong possibility that "Halo Blue" was the New Bungie Halo Project which was uncovered during the events of E3 2008.

It has now been confirmed that "Halo Blue" is not a video game, but a Halo-themed USB Flash Drive.[2]
