*As indicated from the updates, Halo 2 Windows Vista carries some incompatibilities with the Games for Windows Live client, these include Join lag/1 second game freeze. No more updates have been published in over 2 years, even though it is clearly stated in [http://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/?LN=en-us&x=17&y=18&p1=12429 Microsoft's product lifecycle], that the product is still supported.
