It was composed by Martin O'Donnell & Micheal Salvitori and is 2 minutes and 22.053 seconds long (2:22.053). It is extremely similar to Remembrance, except this song is longer. Thus, when it passes the point at which Remembrance finishes a completely new tempo is added.  It is mainly composed of a chorus, but has some less-noticeable background instruments. It plays during the level Regret (Level), when Spartan-117 is going through the underwater-transportation. The second half of the song is heard in the "A Day At the Beach" chapter of the Halo 2 level Outskirts. Part of this song's melody was later known as the Arbiter theme.
