Sergeant Fugazi was a UNSC Marine non-commissioned officer serving aboard the UNSC prowler Red Horse in October 2552. After contact with Sergeant Lopez's squad had been lost during the reconnaissance mission on the prison vessel Mona Lisa, Red Horse's CO, Commander Tobias Foucault, prepared to have Fugazi, along with two squads, sent to reinforce the Marines on Mona Lisa.[1] However, the Commander withdrew his order after AI Rebecca showed him the truth about the Flood, which had overrun the prisoner transport.[2]
