ECB News is a human news broadcasting company located on Barrier.[1][2]
History
In 2558, ECB News hosted a live interview with journalist Benjamin Giraud. Giraud was planning on exposing the cover-ups by the Office of Naval Intelligence such as the SPARTAN-II program and the denial of support for the ambassadors of Biko. However ONI made it look like Giraud had fabricated it all, using the news reporter Charles Kesler to broadcast their condemnation of Giraud.[1]
