Dham 'Mashatt served Jul 'Mdama's reformed Covenant under the command of the Unggoy squad leader Bibjam. Throughout the Blooding Years, Bibjam led 'Mashatt and his fellow Sangheili in numerous engagements, in which they proved victorious. However, 'Mashatt soon learned that Bibjam was betraying their movements to the Swords of Sanghelios.
