David Pulver was one of two naval architects responsible for the construction of UNSC In Amber Clad, the other being Doctor Eugene Taylor.[1] The frigate's final assembly was performed at the SinoViet Naval Yard AS-9 shipyard above Reach, and was later launched on February 9th, 2547.[1]

Trivia[edit]

He is named after David L. Pulver, a Canadian writer and games designer responsible for notable role-playing table top games, who was also credited by Warfleet contributor and senior Halo franchise writer Kenneth Peters in the book's acknowledgements. The two previously worked at Steve Jackson Games on GURPS Fourth Edition together.
