It is most most notably heard on the level Assault on the Control Room and during fights with the Flood on Two Betrayals, Keyes and The Maw. It is also heard on the level Truth and Reconciliation, when you first enter the ship. It starts after about a minute, when more Covenant start pouring out to kill you and your Marines. It also makes an appearance in many Bungie Vidocs, most notably during the introduction of the Equipment feature in Halo 3.
