The Committee of Concordance was a committee of the Covenant charged with regulating laws on public decency. Generally, controversial proclamations relating to a San'Shyuum's reproductive potency sorely tested the Committee of Concordance's public decency laws, but all was permitted on the birthing period at High Charity.[1] The committee's relation to the Covenant's Council of Concordance is unknown.
