The Artesia-702 system is a planetary system located near the Chaudier trade route. In March 2558, a distress call from the freighter Pilgrims Pride was found to be originating near the system, compelling the UNSC Infinity to investigate. When Infinity arrived in the system, it found the damaged freighter but soon found itself caught in an ambush.[1]
