Codenamed Sierra10852 was an ONI agent hired by Major Standish to assassinate Colonel Herzog after he threatened to expose Standish for keeping the Deep-Space Artifact from his superiors. Sierra10852 was executed for the assassination, however, it is unknown if this was Standish or one of his underlings.
