Honor Guard Councilor

Honor Guard Councillor is a Covenant Sangheili (Elite) rank.
Ones of such rank are gifted and talented warriors. These elites can be seen at the end of the level Gravemind. As soon as you are about to leave the mousolem of the arbiter you will face two stealth elites and a Honor Guard Councillor. They wear standard Honor Guard Ultra Armour, but also wear a Councillor head dress. The only weapon you see them use is a Energy Sword but like most Elites they can wield many weapons
