Don't let its luxury fool you, the Pious Inquisitor is one of the fastest ships in the Covenant armada.
The Pious Inquisitor was a Covenant vessel of unspecified classification reputed to be "one of the fastest ships" in the Covenant fleet. The Pious Inquisitor saw action at the First Battle of Earth. The multiplayer level Midship is located in an unspecified section of this vessel. Atypically luxurious for a Covenant warship, the vessel may or may not have been the Prophet of Regret's flagship. However this is unlikely since the vessel is too small to be a Carrier. The Pious can be told that it is at Earth due to the fact that Earth is to the front of it.
Trivia
Although the Begotten Angel is not the fastest ship in the Covenant fleet, it sure is the most luxurious.
The Begotten Angel was the first name for Midship, as can be seen in the Halo 2 Collectors Edition. Before it was named to be the Pious Inquisitor, it was "Luxurious" but not the fastest ship in the fleet.
