user/bmorad was a United Nations Space Command publicly available encryption key.[1] It was used in conjunction with encryption key Gamma to encrypt and decrypt the file "INVESTIGATION UPDATE/OPERATION: BLEACH" sent from Codename: FIXER.[1]
