The Scuba Grunt is an easter egg that is encountered in Halo 5: Guardians.
Walkthrough
On the multiplayer map Fathom, there is an area where the player can fall into the water and be killed by a kill barrier. In this small pool of water, there is the body of a Grunt wearing yellow armor that resembles that of a scuba diver.
