The most Prominant Prophets are of coarse the Hierarchs. However Prophet Councilors Also known as "Lesser Prophets" are extremely important in the covenant Society. They wear Antigrav Belts instead of using Gravity Thrones. When not in the presence of the Hierarchs they appear to wear Amber Crowns set with Gem Stones.
