The Hall of Feasts was a high-ceilinged chamber on the Refuge. By 850 BCE, the Hall of Feasts was used by the Ussans as a dining hall. Makeshift tables were cluttered around the room, with a protein synthesizer sitting at the back of the Hall to provide the Ussans with food.[1]

In the Hall, Salus 'Crolon and 'Drem confronted Tersa 'Gunok and threatened to frame him for their own crime if he mentioned their conspiracy to any other individuals.[1] Tersa and Lnur 'Mol were later arrested by Ernicka the Scar-Maker outside the Hall of Feasts when 'Crolon did frame them for conspiracy.[2]
