Also, as for physical augmentations, Palmer wasn't specific on the substance coated on her muscles, but from what she said an educated guess would be it increase strength about 3 times, since she can "out run a horse". The average running speed for a human is 10 to 12 mph. This would imply that her speed was increase by about 3. But that's just my guess. Initiation was wickedly vague... | |||

Spartan IV trivia?

In Frank O'Connor's interview, he said that if a Spartan II in Gen 1 were to face off against a Spartan IV in Gen 2, the Spartan IV has the capability to better off due to advances in technology.
Can this be considered trivia or just put it under effects/performance?
