The United Nations Humanitarian Council is a committee of the Unified Earth Government that was responsible for matters relating to human rights, likely a successor to the United Nations Human Rights Council. The council is headed by a High Commissioner that has the authority to veto any case brought up in the council, for legal reasons and precedents.[1]
