Co-op is a multiplayer gametype found in all Halo games. In it, two or more people can play the campaign together. If one character dies, he or she will respawn a few minutes later with the weapons they began the level with. If both players are killed, or you are playing on Legendary and either of you dies, you restart at the last checkpoint. In Halo: CE and Halo 2, players 2 through four will become extra Spartans. In Halo 3, player 2 controls The Arbiter, player three contols Usze 'Taham and player 4 will control N'tho 'Sraom. Co-op can be played on split screen on Halo and Halo 2, but can be played either split screen or over x-box live in Halo 3.
