| I'm having a hard time finding a source for this key bit of the article. If I'm not mistaken, the only reason why they lacked energy shielding in H1 was mostly because it would be difficult for players to actually combat an invisible, shielded NPC, moreso due to the fact that a shielded NPC is already a challenge to most players. I presume that this was changed in H2 due to the general ease of difficulty in killing these stealth, non-shielded NPCs, that the Stealth Elites gained energy shielding to increase the difficulty.
