This article already exists; see the Menachite portal complex. I'm not gonna make this a straight redirect for the time being as there's some good writing here, but really the content of this article needs to be merged with the Menachite portal complex as they're one and the same. I disagree. Due to the fact that the Menachite portal complex is a considerably large facility with a number of other functions and sub-facilities, as seen in First Strike, I think that the specific portal facility itself could be deserving of its own article. This isn't the best analogy, but take Installation 04 for example. It is a Forerunner installation just like the Menachite portal complex (albeit a much larger one), but we still have a separate article for its control room, which is simply a sub-facility much like the Portal under the Mountain is.

Also, the Menachite portal complex is a placeholder name created by us, while the Portal under the Mountain is an official title given to it by both the Covenant and Banished. Renaming the Menachite portal complex to "Portal under the Mountain" would be ill-advised since the complex is much more than just a portal facility. To put it simply, I believe the Portal under the Mountain is a distinct sub-facility that is separate enough to warrant its own article. But that's just my take. As far as I'm aware (this is having only skimmed the book myself), the entire Menachite complex is the portal - in the same way we have one article for the Voi Excession, which is also a massive structure. IMO, there's simply not enough to distinguish the two as separate entities worth different articles. As for the article name, while the name "Portal Under the Mountain" is the name given by the Banished, I'm personally (this is a preference thing) in favour of the more generic name we already use, instead simply adding the Portal Under the Mountain name to the existing intro sentence (like how we already mention the Covenant called the complex the Temple). And of course, making this page a redirect. I'll highlight this in the Discord anyway, and see if we can get some other opinions.
