I went through the ''Halo 3'' terminals again to see in what kind of context the supposed "Forerunner Navy" was mentioned, but it just so happens that it isn't mentioned at all. There are plenty of generic mentions of "naval" forces or naval engagements and so on, in reference to ''both'' Forerunners and the Flood (I'm almost surprised no one ever made a "Flood Navy" page), but no "Forerunner Navy" or even "Navy". Given this, and what we know of Forerunner military from ''The Forerunner Saga'', it is apparent that this is yet another thing that didn't exist at all. We could get rid of this page altogether, or we could retain some of the information in a page akin to [[Covenant fleet]] and [[UNSC fleet]] (though I've always found those two to be a less-than-optimal and somewhat redundant solution).
