:It seems to me it differs from the play of the level. So if I play it until the point I meet him, then I revert to last checkpoint, he won't change. But if I quit, play (and finish) another level, then play Exodus again, then his model would change. When I went to my friend's place and played, Duvall had a white skin. When I watched a Legendary walkthrough on some Chinese video hosting site (it's called Youku *facepalm* "YouTube", get it?), he had a brown skin. The guy who posted the video also took note of it. It might be a "rare" glitch instead of a "common" glitch, however. —<span style="color:silver;">S331</span> (Talk • Contributions) 10:22, 15 June 2011 (EDT)

::I wouldn't call it a glitch - some games pick specific files to use in the level before that part loads. For example, special items in Resident Evil Outbreak follow two paths where one batch of items is randomlybselected for use.-- <font color="blue">Fore</font><font color="green">run</font><font color="red">ner</font> 10:35, 15 June 2011 (EDT)
:::Okay, I think I put this wrong. I know Duvall has a specific model for himself. The game, however, sometimes changed his skin color, (pardon me if this is offensive) from white to black. This should be a glitch because Bungie wouldn't let his model to change every time we see him. Another explanation, is that Bungie, to put realism to effect, code different faces, different voices and different skin colors to AI-controlled troopers. So Duvall is programed to have this specific face and specific voice, but his skin color wasn't coded to be so. So the game change his skin color every now and then. Duvall should have his own model because he has a different chest armor compared to other troopers, seems to be mix between LRP and Recon. This is all hypothesis and guessing, you are the guys with 360s, not me. So I won't mind if you remove that. I'm working on the ODST trivia, by the way. —<span style="color:silver;">S331</span> (Talk • Contributions) 02:49, 16 June 2011 (EDT)
