The data pad in the picture here from Reach is in the game files as a civilian device. In the Reach files, this item is in the directory ''human/pioneer/housewares/ebook_reader''. perhaps this item's name should be changed to e-book reader? :Well, game files are not a definite source of canon. For what its worth, it may be called an "ebook_reader" by the designers for ease of reference during development (and post-development for patching/updates purposes), and a game_file is unlikely to have its title changed in the released product.
