Sean Williams worked on the Rubble as one of Peter Bonifacio's bodyguards.[1]
When he met Adriana-111 aboard the Kestral, he threw his handgun away to show that he was not a threat. After Banifacio fled in an escape pod, Adriana left Sean aboard the ship to think about the quality of the people he chose to work for, telling him someone would eventually pick him up.[1]
It is unknown what became of Williams after the Rubble made the slipspace jump. Presumably he was killed either by the Covenant, lack of air or the eventual cold of space, but he may have sent out a beacon and was rescued by members of the Rubble and made the jump on board Habitat Exodus safely with the rest of the Rubble's population.
