Junior staffer

A junior staffer was a position within a Covenant ministry available to San'Shyuum. Junior staffers are entry-level ministry workers. As the lowest members of a Covenant ministry, junior staffers rate the weakest anti-gravity chairs—which require groups of twenty to travel effectively. A junior staffer could investigate ministry matters or recommend solutions to problems relating to the ministry. Disagreeing or arguing with superiors within the ministry a junior staffer was serving with could impede the San'Shyuum's career.[1]
Ord Casto was once a junior staffer for the Ministry of Concert prior to and during the Unggoy Rebellion, before rising to the position of Minister of Fortitude[1] and eventually Hierarch of the Covenant.[citation needed]
