Infractor armor is based on the [[Jiralhanae power armor|power armor]] used by [[Jiralhanae Stalker|Brute Stalkers]] during the later months of the [[Human-Covenant War]].{{Ref/Reuse|Launch}} In this regard, it is similar to the [[MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor (GEN2)|GEN2 Mjolnir]] [[STALKER-class Mjolnir|STALKER]] variant produced by the [[Naphtali Contractor Corporation]].{{Ref/Book|H4EVG|Page=179}} Unlike Stalker, however, Infractor was built by the [[Venezia]]n engineers of [[New Tyne Armory]], rather than under - one of [[SOVEREIGN-class armor|multiple suits]] produced by the company based on ex-[[Covenant]] technology.{{Ref/Reuse|Armory}}
