==Description==
The tower featured some [[Holotank|holo-pedestals]], a [[gravity lift]] and three landing pads for [[Type-52 Troop Carrier|Phantoms]] and other craft. The tower was connected to the [[Mausoleum of the Arbiter]] by a solitary bridge. This is where the [[Prophet of Truth|High Prophet of Truth]] boarded a Phantom to reach the [[Forerunner Dreadnought]] with his captives, [[Miranda Keyes]] and [[Avery Junior Johnson|Sgt. Johnson]].{{Ref/Reuse|hc}}

The tower is also where the [[Prophet of Mercy|High Prophet of Mercy]] was attacked and killed by a [[Pod infector]], then was abandoned by Truth and his Brute guards. Shortly afterward, a [[D77-TC Pelican|Pelican]] crashed onto the tower platform and Flood [[Flood combat form|combat forms]] emerged from the wreckage, followed by [[Jiralhanae]] from a [[door]] to combat the newly arrived Flood.{{Ref/Reuse|hc}}
