Wingnut Interactive was a video game development studio that was formed in 2006 from a partnership between Microsoft Game Studios and the director Peter Jackson.

Background

Wingnut's first project was to have been Halo: Chronicles, an Xbox 360 interactive storytelling game based in the Halo universe. Unfortunately, the game was canceled after the Halo film was put on indefinite hold, effectively ending Wingnut's involvement with the IP.

As of 2014, the studio has not published or produced any titles.
