The Ut'hua Moonsea is a prominent feature of a moon of the gas giant Thua.[1]
Overview
Thua's immense gravity drags the tidal swell of the Ut'hua Moonsea across the Flats of Forever.[1] The Beacon Keeper's Vault on High Charity was a celadon dome sculpted to resemble this series of waves.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Ut'hua Moonsea was first mentioned in Troy Denning's 2019 novel Halo: Oblivion.[1] It was likely meant as a reference to the Moonsea of the Forgotten Realms Dungeons & Dragons campaign setting, for which he has authored fifteen books and one short story.[2][3]
