UNSC Regulation 3A-950 is a protocol set by the UNSC. It states that standard MJOLNIR armor configurations are available for all new SPARTAN-IV recruits.[1] It also states that recruits have access to one MJOLNIR armor configuration unit upon enlisting in Spartan branch.[2]
