Is it possible that skirmisher champions can lead skirmisher lances? I've been trying to figure out as much as I can about Covenant deployment and ranks, and as far as I can tell trying to use Reach to figure it out doesn't really help because they're somewhat randomly deployed, and change depending on the difficulty, so I can't confirm by using the game.
