"Except Seeker Drone and Overshield"

Also, can you verify whether it is necessary to purchase the Sniper Rifle, Spartan Laser or Rocket Launcher or unlock the Weapon of Choice achivement? For me if unlocked when I purchased the Spartan Laser, but I'd already played on Windows 8, and that kind of messes with things.
