Remote Charges?

To me it looks like it fires remotely detonated charges (reminiscent of the weapon in Goldeneye: Rogue Agent, for those of you who know). That's just my take on what I saw. It would also kind of fit into the gameplay balance if there were such a weapon. It doesn't seem like an ordinary grenade launcher.--File:PENGUIN4.gifFluffyEmoPenguin(ice quack!) 14:52, 7 June 2011 (EDT)

To me it seems a tad bit like the magnum from Resistance 2, although with a lot more punch. Or the mini grenade launcher from Killzone on ps2. Mcz117chief 08:58, 8 June 2011 (EDT)

Post-War?

Should be edited; the weapon can't be from the post-war era. Although 343 said a third-party studio created the trailer and 343 gave them full rein with the design (meaning some of the weapons and things seen might not be in the final game). If it is, the weapon was probably manufactured during the war because Chief and Cortana haven't been in contact with any other UNSC forces since the war, and therefore the weapon must have been in storage on-board the ship the whole time. --Curbsideprophet 15:48, 26 June 2011 (EDT)
