Ace of Spades crew appearances

Is there a source for the stated characters and other items appearing in this book? I mean, it's a very reasonable assumption that they will, given 343i's wording here, but I would still prefer to err on the side of caution until we know for a fact the novel is about the Smoke and Shadow cast (or that the listed characters will actually be returning). --Tacitus (talk) 03:48, 13 September 2018 (EDT)
