I have reinserted the factoid about Steve Biko that was deleted earlier. While there is no concrete proof of it, the circumstantial evidence is overwhelming. The planet's main population center is called Durban -- the name of South Africa's largest city -- and the planet itself has the same name as one of South Africa's most prominent statesmen. The connection is obvious; it would be like having a planet called Ghandi whose capital city is called New Delhi.
