The Roll of Celibates is a collection of San 'Shyuum who are not permitted to breed under Covenant law due to genetic failings that have grown common in the San 'Shyuum community. While celibate, the members are not sterilized and may engage in sexual activity provided that any resulting children are subsequently aborted.[1]
