The Quarantine Zone Floor Glitch a glitch that can be found in the level Quarantine Zone of Halo 2.
How to
The glitch occurs between the start of Part 3: "Shooting Gallery" and the following checkpoint. Go down to the bottom of the Gondola, where there is a tunnel that some Flood will come out of. Keep pushing forward on the joystick (might have to dance around to find it) but don't actually go into the tunnel.
If you find the right spot, it looks as though you walked to the end of the tunnel and jumped off. You do not land on the bottom of the gondola, you just die. This has only been confirmed on Easy Difficulty. It may be unrelated, but the player was wielding an unlimited sword and a Plasma Rifle at the time the Glitch was confirmed.
Attempts to find this hole later in the game have failed.
Trivia
- One theory is that this is Bungie's way of preventing you from hiding in the tunnel too early.
