Procellarum basin, or Oceanus Procellarum (Latin for Ocean of Storms), is a vast basaltic plain on Luna, the natural satellite of Earth. Mare Frigoris is located within the outer edges of the Procellarum basin. In the 26th century, Procellarum basin is home to a human ice farm. Mason Hundley's father was an excavator pilot for ice farming in the Mare Frigoris region, and Mason used to help with spotting and excavation runs at the mare. Hundley's father was killed when his skiff ran into severe winds in the basin during a retrieval maneuver.[1]
