Peter Allen David (born September 23, 1956) is an acclaimed bestselling American author and the writer of the Halo comic Halo: Helljumper and the novel Halo: Hunters in the Dark.
Background
Peter David has written for comic books, novels, television, films and video games for over a span of two decades. He jokingly describes his occupation as "writer of stuff". David is noted for his prolific writing and is well known for his work in Marvel Comics, DC Comics, and Star Trek novels. Originally from Fort Meade, Maryland, David grew up in Bloomfield, New Jersey and now lives in New York with his wife and four children.[1]
