Marine Expeditionary Force

A Marine Expeditionary Force, (abbreviated M-EDF in Military code) is a large organization of UNSC Marines. It is unclear exactly what is in a Marine Expeditionary Force, but it contains at least one Division sized unit of Marines, and likely much more[1].
