MIL JAG Order TR-19428-P was an order issued by the UNSC Judge Advocate General's Corps. The law allowed then-Second Lieutenant Preston Jeremiah Cole to take control of UNSC Las Vegas after the death of commanding officer Captain Harold Lewis and executive officer Commander Rinkishale.[1]
