The jet-pack is a piece of equipment that allows the user to fly for a certain period of time. In the Halo series, both Elites and Brutes have jetpack troop variants. In Halo: Reach, the jet-pack is a new available armor ability for use in Campaign and Multiplayer. While using it, the player has a limited fuel supply and will receive falling damage if at too great a height.
