James McCann

James McCann was an Insurrectionist on Mars.
Biography
James McCann along with Christina Rice, were disguised as UNSC Army specialists working in New Harmony, Mars. They were stealing weapons for a possible attack on the city. On April 2, 2526 they were arrested by UNSC forces working alongside ONI agents.[1]
