Irsu 'Labat[1] was an ancient Arbiter who reigned over the continent of Qivro on Sanghelios centuries before the Sangheili became a spacefaring species. Part king and part judge, Arbiter Irsu 'Labat was a tyrannical ruler whose violent and oppressive regime was overthrown by a devoted brotherhood of Kaidons, the first original ancient Swords of Sanghelios.[2]
