2004
- Around October 28: Wiki is thought up.[1]
- November 4: Halo Wiki formed.
2005
- June 15: Halo Wikia was created.[2]
- August 11: Wiki renamed to Halopedia.[3]
- November 4: 510 articles [4]
2006
- May 29: 917 main-space articles have been made.[5]
- July 24: Halopedia merges into Halo.Wikia, and the process takes a few months.[6]
- November 7: 1,764 main-space articles have been made.[7]
- December 30, Halopedias first attempt at news the "Oracle Newsletter" started.
2007
- January 2: 2,041 main-space articles have been made.[8]
- September 02: 3,008 main-space articles have been made.[9]
- December 23: 4,021 main-space articles have been made.[10]
2008
- August 21: 5,027 main-space articles have been made.[11]
- September 30: The Oracle Newsletter is cancelled.
2009
- March 31: Halopedias second attempt at News "Halopedia News" starts.
- August 22: The Halopedia Facebook is created.[12]
- December 29: 6,040 main-space articles have been made.[13]
2010
- October 17: Halopedia leaves Wikia to www.Halopedian.com, and the wiki left over is renamed Halo Nation.[14]
2011
- February 17: 7,211 main-space articles have been made.[15]
2012
- July 22: Halopedia moves back to the Halopedia.org domain.[16]

- July: A mobile theme was added.
